TSC 2050 Casting
TSC 2060 Liquid
This product is supplied in granules and is highly suitable for casting at various densities according to customers’ requirements. To achieve optimal results, we recommend working at densities of 1880-1900 g/l. To obtain these values, use 25 litres of water per 100 kg of product and 400 g of BS fluidiser or 1 litre of our NT fluidiser. If different densities or fluidisers are used, the quantities should be modified accordingly, bearing in mind that the body is supplied without fluidiser. Liquid products are supplied ready to use.

DRIED BODY
"GRÈS 1000 ºC"
TFG 2660 Casting
This body has the same characteristics and qualities as GRÈS 1000ºC, code TFG 2650. To achieve good working results, a density of 1850-1880 g/litre is required. To obtain these values, use 28-30 litres of water per 100 kg of product and 200 grammes of BS fluidiser with the addition of a further 200 grammes of caustic soda or sodium carbonate. If different densities or fluidisers are used to those recommended, the quantities should be modified accordingly, bearing in mind that the body is supplied without fluidiser.
Given the unique nature of this body, glazes suitable for its characteristics should be used.

MAJOLICA FOR CASTING
TSC 2070 Casting
This spray-dried product is suitable for casting. Fluidisers do not need to be added to the body. For best results, we recommend working at 1850 g/l. This density can be obtained by adding a percentage of water corresponding to 34-36 litres per 100 kg.
